Fresh Word – Morning Dew – April 14, 2026 – Evangelist Pastor Barbara
The fragrance of heaven is beginning to drop like morning dew. It is nothing to be upset about. The enemy is scrambling to and fro, for he knows his days are numbered, and he has not accomplished what he had planned.
Those who walk closely with Me will feel this straitjacket effect, and they will understand that light is beginning to break through the darkness one last time before that great judgment day.
They will not be overwhelmed by it, but they still do not know how to maneuver through it. You must stay close to the cross and hear My still small voice of instruction. Only the truly dedicated ones will hear the instructions.
Movement in heaven has increased as all of heaven is preparing for this next great event.
I promise, My chosen ones, will not be tossed to and fro, for I will be giving them second-by-second instructions.
Morning dew in the Bible symbolizes freshness, renewal, and divine blessing, often representing God’s grace and provision for His people.
Symbolism of Morning Dew
Morning dew is frequently used in the Bible as a metaphor for God’s nurturing and sustaining presence. It symbolizes freshness and renewal, reflecting the daily mercies and blessings that God provides. Dew is essential in arid climates, making it a powerful image of sustenance and life.
Judgment Day, also called the Final Judgment, is depicted as a definitive moment when every individual stands before God to account for their lives. Revelation 20:12 describes it as a time when “the dead were judged according to their deeds,” emphasizing personal accountability before God.
The “straitjacket effect” in the Bible often refers to the idea that certain circumstances or restrictions can feel like a burden, akin to a physical straitjacket.
It suggests that people may struggle to deal with life’s challenges, feeling trapped by their circumstances or personal struggles.
Summary
The “straight jacket effect” in biblical terms conveys multiple layers of meaning:
- Divine guidance and protection: God’s restraints teach reliance on Him and provide spiritual safety.
- Human limitation: Certain life circumstances cannot be resolved without God’s intervention.
- Doctrinal control: Rigid interpretations of Scripture can restrict spiritual experience.
- Misplaced priorities: Elevating family or other attachments above God can spiritually confine believers.
Overall, the metaphor emphasizes that while restrictions may feel confining, they often serve a higher purpose in spiritual growth, protection, and alignment with God’s will.
The concept emphasizes the importance of surrendering to God’s will and allowing His protective measures to guide one’s life, rather than rejecting the spiritual discipline that He provides.
In essence, the “straight jacket effect” serves as a reminder of the need for spiritual discipline and the potential benefits of seeking God’s guidance in overcoming life’s challenges.
