Grieved in Heart
By: Evangelist Pastor Barbara

Church where do we go from here? Jesus paid such a price for our salvation and the church has turned her head from righteousness and holiness and has gathered herself to the world. When are we going to really take a real good look at where we have come to?

I have to say that my heart has been grieved for quite some time now as I watch the Body of Christ slowly disintegrate. I know the word tells us that in the last days this would happen; but my heart is still so grieved.

2 Timothy 3:1-9 (NKJV)
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come:
2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good,
4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,
5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts,
7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8 Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith;
9 but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

There is a lost and dying world out there that has never heard the name Jesus and the church has back slidden into the state of complete lethargy and our Father has spoken to us so many times telling us to get out of our state of lethargy.

There are souls going into the abyss every day and nobody cares. Where are the intercessors? Why are they not wailing out for revenge for the lost and dying souls? Where are the pastors? Why are they not standing in the pulpits crying out for Righteousness and Steadfastness to the Father?

Joel 2:17 (NKJV)
Let the priests, who minister to the LORD, Weep between the porch and the altar; Let them say, “Spare Your people, O LORD, And do not give Your heritage to reproach, That the nations should rule over them. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their God?’ ”

Maybe one day, when it is too late, the church will wake up and see that she has forsaken her post and allowed the evil darkness to creep into the houses and destroy God’s Kingdom Authority.

There is still a remnant out there that God has in reserve that He is bringing into the forefront; but what about the church as a whole? Where are you at church? And why have you left your post for the cares of the world?

The word tells us that if we don’t praise him, then the rocks will. Even the music in the house has become a tool for satan to use to separate and divide the Body of Christ. Why can’t we just worship in Spirit and Truth and why can’t we just be what our Father has called us to be… Joyful children, taking that joy to a lost and dying generation.

Luke 19:40 (NKJV)
But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”

I am grieved for the fact that the darkness has crept into the church with all its filth and degradation and there is no one to speak about this atrocity. Wake up church. Cry aloud and let your voice be heard.

Isaiah 58:1 (NKJV)
“Cry aloud, spare not; Lift up your voice like a trumpet; Tell My people their transgression, And the house of Jacob their sins.

Go forth into the highways and byways and compel them to come into the House of The Lord. The House that is full of LOVE, JOY AND LAUGHTER. The House where we are not afraid to have a wonderful time during praise and worship. Where they will not see gloom doom and despair; but they will see Joy unspeakable and full of Glory.

Luke 14:23 (NKJV)
Then the master said to the servant, ‘Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

Jesus knew how to enjoy himself and still keep his Holiness intact. He knew how to be a witness to the lost and dying without stooping to their level; but standing firm in his domain and bringing heaven to earth.

Jesus taught in the synagogues; but he also taught in the streets and he also ate with the sinners and won them to the Kingdom of Light.

What has happened to the church today, where she cannot do as Jesus did?

We judge, condemn and criticize, but we do not allow Love and Peace to abound.

Our Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit have completed the works for the church and the church has held it to their bosom and has not shared it with a lost and dying generation.

Matthew 10:7-8 (NKJV)
7 And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’
8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Where is it all going to end and when is it going to end church?

Church it is time to take the blinders off and see what is going on around about us, time to repent and gather ourselves into the Father’s bosom and allow him to empower us from on high and go forth and spread the good news.

Isaiah 63:10 tells us that God’s Holy Spirit was grieved:
“But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; So He turned Himself against them as an enemy, And He fought against them.”

Luke 19:41 tells us Jesus wept {grieved}

Luke 19:41-44 (NASB77)
41 And when He approached, He saw the city and wept over it,
42 saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes.
43 “For the days shall come upon you when your enemies will throw up a bank before you, and surround you, and hem you in on every side,
44 and will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.”

I am grieved in heart; but I know the Father is also grieved over this generation of bystanders that will not share the gospel.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF YOUR HEART TODAY?
