Reaching out, reaching up, reaching in, and repeat. That is what I want you to do today, My children. I want you to go on a spiritual exercise with Me.

It is time to get full of Me to where you are reaching up to be filled. Reaching in to prepare it and apply it. Then you can begin to reach out to others to do the same and to give them My love.

When you are doing these things in your life you will find that they will bring a satisfaction, a joy, and a purpose to your life. You will begin to find out who you are from being buried for so long.

Now all you have to do is determine to get started and to finish the race.  And realize it does take work to exercise the muscles.
