Where do we go from here? Where do we go from here? There is no place to go but up. Children we must be about the Father’s business. The Harvest is dying on the vine. Sold out ones, where are you in this dire time in church history? The revival should be in full swing, but where are the workers?
Matthew 9:35-38 ESV
The Harvest Is Plentiful, the Laborers Few
35 And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction. 36 When he saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. 37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; 38 therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”
Matthew 9:37
The phrase “the harvest is ripe, but the workers are few” is a biblical reference from Matthew 9:37, which highlights the abundance of individuals ready to receive the gospel message while emphasizing the urgent need for more laborers to engage in spiritual work. This metaphor illustrates the readiness of people to hear and believe the gospel, indicating that there are many opportunities for outreach and evangelism but not enough workers to meet this need.
