Every event in the Heavenly Realm is orchestrated by Me. There is nothing that is done from the Heavenly Realm that I do not plan out to the very finest detail. I am not a hap hazard God that does not know what is going on in the world around about you. I know all things and I see all things and I am in all things, so you can go forward undaunted by the enemy and have victory on all sides.
