Now unto us a child was born – the risen Savior.  We must journey beyond this and understand that there is so much more than the manger.  So much was accomplished in the manger; but there is so much more that needs to be accomplished.  Just as Jesus had to grow in stature, so must My Body of Believers.  The Body cannot get stuck in the manger, they must understand all that the manger represents.

It was not just any baby, it was THE baby – God’s only begotten Son.  The deliverer of all mankind.  The Everlasting One.  The Prince of Peace.  The Great Way Maker. So much was wrapped in those swaddling cloths, but My Body stops at the manger and never proceed any further.

A brand-new year looms before you, A year laden with promises of Great Joy.  Step into this New Year and receive and accomplish all that the manger represents.  My Son sits at My Right Side ever interceding for you.

This New Year Will you take up the cross and follow Me without doubting?  Will you take up the cross and accomplish all that the cross was meant to accomplish?  Will you step into the New Year full of confidence in Me, your Heavenly Father and allow Me to lead, guide and direct your footsteps?
