Why do you look to Me as being a punisher? I am not a harsh taskmaster. I am not a punisher that seeks to destroy.

I convict those who are astray to bring them back into the safety of the fold. I do judge those who have made choices that have consequences and those who have sinned. I bring justice. I have given My laws and I have given My love.

All that I do, I do out of love. All that I do is to lead you to repentance so that you can return back to Me. I do not want you to spend eternity in hell. I want you to come and dwell with Me.

This is why I sent My Son to die on the cross so that you might live. This is why He left you with a comforter, the Holy Spirit. We have not left you alone on the journey. Where this journey takes you is by your choice.

Let go of the evil thoughts that you have of Me and allow your eyes to be open to see who I am and just how much I love you.

There are some of you that are doing things that you believe are in secret. You are doing things that you believe that if you can fool those around you that you are winning. But I say, who do you think you are fooling? I am going to expose you, if you do not make the right choice. This is not for punishment purposes, but for the Truth.

The truth is what is going to set you free from this delusion that you are under. You say you want to follow Me and you want to carry the power I have for you, but you are not engaging in a personal relationship with Me. You have only gained a love for the power. You are not really willing to pay the price and get to the place to receive.

Turn over your deceiving eyes and ears and hear what I tell you today. I have much to share with you. I have much to show you of who I am and all about My love. Without understanding My love, the mysteries of My Word will not make sense to you. If you are believing that I am a punisher than you do not understanding who I am.

Take time today and reflect on your relationship with Me. Take time and recommit yourself to Me. Get out of this web of deception and come into the safety of My arms. Allow the truth to become real to your soul that all I do is for your good and the truth will set you free.

Become in love with Me as I am in love with you. Let’s take a journey of love one with another and see that all these things that you are doing in secret is only a delusion that is separating you and I. See Me as your Father, who loves you. And let go of this evil taskmaster that the enemy wants you to believe that I am. When you let this healing take place, your life will forever be changed.

Isaiah 30:18 (NIV)
Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!

Psalm 9:7-8 (NIV)
7 The Lord reigns forever; he has established his throne for judgment.
8 He rules the world in righteousness and judges the peoples with equity.

2 Thessalonians 1:5-10 (NIV)
5 All this is evidence that God’s judgment is right, and as a result you will be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering.
6 God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you
7 and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels.
8 He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
9 They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of his might
10 on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony to you.

Psalm 103 (NIV)
1 Praise the Lord, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
2 Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—
3 who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
7 He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel:
8 The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.
9 He will not always accuse, nor will he harbor his anger forever;
10 he does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.
11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him;
12 as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
13 As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him;
14 for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust.
15 The life of mortals is like grass, they flourish like a flower of the field;
16 the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more.
17 But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children—
18 with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts.
19 The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all.
20 Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.
21 Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.
22 Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the Lord, my soul.
