Just wanted to encourage those who have been running this race and are growing weary.

Now is not the time to grow weary; now is the time to rise up with new strength, vigor and vitality and run the race that has been set before you.
“Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 3:13-14. NKJV)

In this dark time, many are falling along the wayside. Some are falling because they are concentrating on what another is doing and not on their own race.

Each one of us has been given an assignment from our Father. Let’s finish our assignment well and not be concerned about how others are completing theirs.

Your assignment is unique; just as another person’s is unique. Stay on course and do not deviate from it just because you think another is doing better than you are.

“Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going. I returned and saw under the sun that– The race is not to the swift, Nor the battle to the strong, Nor bread to the wise, Nor riches to men of understanding, Nor favor to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all.” (Ecclesiastes 9:10-11, NKJV)

“Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:1-2,)
