My children there are many triggers in your life. These triggers can be pressed according to the way you react to different things, what you have experienced and what you allow to bother you. Some of you recognize your triggers, the “buttons” as they are pushed and you try to avoid them. Some of you recognize the triggers and condone their presence. You have accepted them and think it is no big deal and they are just part of life. You think it is ok to feel or react the way you do when these buttons get pushed. After all look at what they have done or what they are doing or have done to me. This is a lie from the enemy.
I want you to see that the triggers and buttons are really things that still need some work. The things that set you off can’t be ignored, they need to be fixed. There is pain, hurt, bad behavior, anger, frustration and wrong mindsets attached to these things that need to be dealt with. When healing comes to these areas you will no longer have these issues. Then you can have a different kind of freedom in your life. It is time to use the authority that I have given you to cut the cords and then soak in My presence and let Me do the work. When it is complete, your job will be to reverse what the enemy has been doing to you. You must not continue in the same habits and way of thinking. There are steps you must take to receive this freedom I desire for you to have.
With some of you, satan has a remote control. All he has to do is put pressure on a certain “button” and he can have you upset, angry, offended or depressed. Break the power of these things by allowing Me to heal them. Until you choose to put a stop to it, he will continue to have control in these areas. He will use people, memories, events, words, past experiences and anything else that works to open doors and gain entry into your life.
You have habits you can’t break on your own and thoughts you just can’t overcome. Come spend time with me and let’s destroy these triggers and take the remote from the enemy’s hand. Watch how much you will overcome and how much easier it will be to walk away from the old man.
Today is the day to have freedom from all of this. Today is the day to break these things. Cut their connection to you, walk in a new way and no longer be controlled by these things. Let Me open your eyes to what the enemy is using to steal, kill, and destroy in your life. You cannot walk in denial. It is time to admit there is a problem and take care of it. Be honest and allow the healing to take place. It is time for My children to shine and show the reflection of their father.
There is so much that I am ready to pour out on you. I have already begun to pour out some, but there are things that need to be removed so that I can continue to pour out more and deeper things. I will not allow this flow of My Spirit or the anointing and healing to be tainted by anything that is dark, dirty or evil. All you have to do is see these things for what they are and deal with them. Let’s get rid of them so I can give you My Spirit in full measure.
My children, do you think you can fool Me? I see and know all. So why not just be honest with yourself and Me so these things can be taken care of as I reveal them to you? If you see that you are doing things and reacting to things the same as you have before, it is time to remove them. Allow a new mindset and understanding to form. It is time to put an end to your old fleshly ways and take on the new man. It is time to be transformed into who and what I have created you to be.
Getting rid of these triggers will require you to learn how to handle, deal, cope and behave in different ways. Get into My word and use it as a guideline. It will tell you how you should be living, how you should be treating others and what you are to be doing. It is all in there, you just have to use it and let it be the standard for your life. See where it is not lining up and where the weak points are. That is a good starting point to get rid of these triggers and buttons.
Get into My word and you will learn how to handle yourself. You will learn what to do when things get really hard and you are having a difficult time pressing through and overcoming the old behaviors. You need to get into My word and grasp all the help and tools that I have given you to get through this part and season in your life.
Come to Me today and let’s work on the buttons and triggers that have been used so many times to cause destruction and distraction in your walk and life with Me. Open up and be honest. Let’s cut these connections and stop the continuous habits and behaviors that the enemy keeps pushing you to. It is time to rise above this and allow Me to do a deeper work with you. I am calling you to a higher and deeper level with Me, but first it is time to break the control of the enemy once and for all.

“Meanwhile, when a crowd of many thousands had gathered, so that they were trampling on one another, Jesus began to speak first to his disciples, saying: “Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs.” (Luke 12:1-3)
“We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves. When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are not wise. We, however, will not boast beyond proper limits, but will confine our boasting to the field God has assigned to us, a field that reaches even to you.” (2 Corinthians 10:12-13)
“If anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself. Each one should test his own actions. Then he can take pride in himself, without comparing himself to somebody else, for each one should carry his own load. Anyone who receives instruction in the word must share all good things with his instructor. Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.” (Galatians 6:3-8)

“If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other. So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature. For the sinful nature desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the sinful nature. They are in conflict with each other, so that you do not do what you want.” (Galatians 5:15-17)
“The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.” (Romans 8:6-8)
“Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.” (Romans 13:14)
