This years theme is “Longing for His Kingdom” – “Longing is a powerful theme woven throughout the Bible, reflecting humanity’s deep desire for spiritual fulfillment and divine connection. It encompasses the desire for full maturity in faith, the eager anticipation of a harvest that will bring in people from every nation, tribe, and language, the profound hope for unity within the Body of Christ, and the unwavering belief in the fulfillment of all God’s promises.

Ultimately, this yearning culminates in the heartfelt desire for the return of Our Lord Jesus Christ, signaling the completion of our spiritual journey and the realization of His triumph over sin and death. This longing is not a passive emotion but an active, transformative force–the compelling of God’s love that spurs believers to seek God’s truth, live according to His commandments, and work tirelessly to advance His kingdom on earth.

10 Days Movement is an annual rhythm rooted in longing for the Lord’s Return. It is an opportunity for cities and communities to go deeper by fasting, prayer, and repentance, as we together wait on and work with God in partnership to bring the story of history to its proper conclusion. The power of His love, experienced now through the Holy Spirit, compells us to press forward toward the goal.

Last year during 10 Days, we once again saw massive growth in the Body in the most difficult places among some of the least reached people groups. We believe, based on the testimony of many, that God is releasing grace to bring many millions into the kingdom of God. God is hearing and answering our prayers to prepare the way just as He promised! Jesus, Our Great Intercessor, who ever lives to make intercession for us, invites us to join Him in yearning for and hastening His return as all things are aligned to His perfect design.

So, pressing forward toward that goal, each day is focused on longing for an unfulfilled part of God’s plan, a promise that we are still waiting for. One Day, One Region highlights a particular region and its 110 strategic cities where representatives of 95% of the remaining unreached peoples live. Days 9 & 10 highlight additional cities in the Americas and Caribbean, home to diaspora groups and major sending bases for missionaries.

Pray not only for yourself, but also for your community, your state and nation, and for every people and place that God’s Kingdom comes and His will is done on earth as in Heaven.
