Evangelist/Pastor Barbara

Line upon line, precept upon precept, will always be the way of the Kingdom of Heaven. My instructions will come to you daily, one day at a time, for that is all you can handle.  The trials and tribulations that are coming upon this land will take you out if you do not live one day at a time. Remember, the present is where your focus should be, not the uncertain future.

My agenda in Heaven must be carried out just as I have planned it. The same is true of your lives. I have every day planned out, and as you seek My face, I will lead you through those days. Some days will be filled with sunshine, some with stormy clouds. But one thing is for certain: as you hold onto My Everlasting Arms, I will lead you through each day in perfect peace.

Do not collaborate with the enemy by going ahead of Me and allowing him to turn your eyes upon the battle.  My Love is sufficient for each and every day.  Remember, I promised you a place in My Kingdom, and no matter the day, the enemy cannot take that away from you, regardless the challenges you may face.  OH, DEATH, WHERE IS YOUR STING?

Isaiah 28:  10 – 16 “For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, ‘This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.’ But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. Wherefore hear the word of the Lord, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem. Because ye have said, ‘We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves.’ Therefore thus saith the Lord God, ‘Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.’”1

This passage emphasizes the importance of learning and understanding God’s teachings incrementally, step by step. It suggests that spiritual growth occurs gradually, like building upon precepts and lines. The context also warns against rejecting divine guidance.
