Are you having a rough day? Pray without ceasing. Have Me continually on your mind, and you will not succumb to the cares of this world. Transition time is always difficult, but you can endure this time of utter dependence upon your Father. I am holding onto your hands. Are you holding onto Mine? Take the giant leap of FAITH and continue onto this next step of your journey with Me. Never, for one instance, think you are on this journey alone. I am always right by your side, encouraging you onward and upward.

1 Thessalonians 5:  16 – 21 (NKJV)

16 Rejoice always,

17 pray without ceasing,

18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

19 Do not quench the Spirit.

20 Do not despise prophecies.

21 Test all things; hold fast what is good.

To pray is God’s will for us. But, as inspiring as that sounds, is it possible to pray without ceasing? What did Paul mean by such a statement? Pray without ceasing means to have a heart inclined to prayer, to pray often, and to make the discipline of prayer a high priority, just as Jesus did.
