HB 230 – Delaware’s bill that allows for MEDICAL EXPERIMENTATION, STERILIZATION, AND MUTILATION OF CHILDREN.
It’s the last week of DE’s legislative session and activist Legislators have introduced HB 230, a bill that:
🌑 Allows the state of Delaware to take emergency jurisdiction of a child that isn’t able to obtain (for whatever reason) “gender affirming care.” (lines 71-78)
🌑 Allows for ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR CHILD MUTILATION! It shields medical professionals from the consequences of experimentation on children who want to “gender transition.”
🌑 Makes Delaware a sanctuary state for medical experimentation on children.
19 states and counting, as well as other countries, have now banned these irreversible and dangerous transgender practices (so called “gender affirming care”) for children. Delaware is ignoring these dangers, and instead providing a haven for “gender affirming care” for minors. There’s a growing movement of young adults sounding the alarm, reporting deep regret and long term horrific consequences of these experimental medical practices, and filing lawsuits for the irreversible harm that has been done to them.
“gender affirming care” = a euphemism for puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and amputations – mutilation of healthy body parts.
Mutilating healthy body parts to create life-long patients is not care!

However, in Delaware, a child who decides to “gender transition” is fast-tracked toward permanent mutilation and sterilization. Licensed counselors are forbidden by law to encourage children toward accepting their biological sex.
ACT NOW, Tell Your State Representative to stand strong against the medical experimentation, sterilization, and mutilation of children that HB230 allows and promotes in the name of  so-called “gender affirming care” of minors.

The bill’s main sponsor, Rep. DeShanna Neal (D. 13th), intends to use the summer months to “build support” for this bill. We need you and your contacts to flood your Representative’s inbox this week and over the next few months. PUSHBACK on this radical, sexualized agenda in our state.
