Many times I have called out your name, with no response. But today, when I call, I need a response. The war for the harvest has intensified. Many souls falling into the abyss. What did My Son Jesus say? John 9:4-5 (NKJV) I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work. 5 As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.”
Just as My Son knew he was on assignment and only had a short time to do those works, I am asking you to have the same mindset. My Son said (I MUST). He knew he had no choice but to do the will of the Father. Children time is growing short. Do you hear My Voice today?
As used by Jesus here, “day” refers to the time left for Jesus to serve God’s will on earth. “Night” refers to the rapidly-approaching time when Jesus will die, ending His earthly work.
Jesus knows He has a finite amount of time to “work” in His earthly ministry. Likewise, we as Christian believers have only the days of our earthly lives to accomplish the work God has assigned us in that time. Rather than simply saying, “I must work…” Jesus places an obligation to be responsible with our time by saying “we must” do so—meaning all who serve God. (John 9:4-5 ETRV)
