Dear Reverend Lynch,

Throughout the book of Job, we read how he responds to overwhelming trials. Difficult circumstances reveal what’s truly in a man’s heart. In Job’s case, despite his lifelong faithfulness to God, his complaints expose sin in the form of self-absorption, bitterness, and pride. In chapter 10, Job begins by complaining about his life. In verses 8-13 he pleads with God as his Maker, and then in verses 14-22 Job reverts to complaining again.Today, I encourage you to offer a plea to God amid whatever circumstances you face, that you won’t become self-absorbed, bitter, or prideful. Instead, may your response be full of faith and gratitude to the Lord for the work He is doing in your life. Invite the Holy Spirit to let you see as He sees and to help you respond to life’s obstacles in a way that brings glory and honor to God.Today, I want to share the following resources with you as we seek the Lord and pray for the advancement of faith, family, and freedom.Hope Is on the March
