Thoughts are everywhere you go. The mind is a strange thing, it never shuts off. It is constantly thinking; constantly moving. The gears of the mind are well oiled and they function very well. You must turn the thoughts off that are destructive or dark. You must tell the mind to be still before it burns you out. You have control over your own mind. It does not have control over you. You blame everything on your thought life and in a sense that is true, but you have power and authority to turn those thoughts off at any given time. Why do you elude to this? Why not just do what is your responsibility and turn the thoughts off?
