If only My people who are called of Me would fast and pray and seek My face like never before, I could open up the heavens and pour them out a blessing they would never be able to contain. But, they will not fast and they will not pray. Their time is so consumed by the mundane things of this world and the enemy is laughing at them; for he knows what will happen if they grasp the concept of fasting and praying.

“if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14, NKJV)
“Consecrate a fast, Call a sacred assembly; Gather the elders And all the inhabitants of the land Into the house of the LORD your God, And cry out to the LORD.” (Joel 1:14)
