The Runner

As a runner prepares for the big race, they exercise their muscles and prepare their bodies to endure strenuous workout. They anticipate the best and the worst but strive to reach the end goal. They study their opponents and understand that they all have the same goal and each one will finish in their own timing but they should strive to be the best.

As a runner they understand that this is not achieved by being lazy and relaxed while others work on their selves. They know it takes dedication, determination, and focus on the race and what it takes to get through it. They know what their source of energy is and how important it is to keep their bodies as pure and clear as possible to give their all.

Each day they give it their all to shape and treat their bodies for the best performance. They digest the right food and intake the correct amount of fluids that is necessary to get to the finish line. They keep track of their progress and encourage others to join the race and look at it as a good thing and not as a downfall or a bigger struggle to win.

A true committed runner will train with the fullness of performance and will not settle for only being half way prepared. They will commit no matter the weather that comes their way and will not give excuses of why they cannot move forward.

I expect the same thing from My children. I allow things to take place in their lives so that they can exercise their muscles in all parts of their spiritual and physical body. I want you to be prepared for each obstacle that you will face further down the race. Your walk with Me is one race broken down into multiple races but still with the final goal of eternity with Me.

As you run the race, pay attention to the opponents of the enemy and learn the strategies that are used against you and use it as a strengthening to continue the race instead of a handicap.  Learn from your opponents of the same race and goal, your brethren in Me and learn how to improve your strives with Me. Use each other to get the most out of each race and see that with team work the race becomes an easier task.

As you pace yourself in My timing you will know and understand when to push yourself and when to relax in the correct areas in the race and you will see an improvement with your endurance in Me. You will build the confidence that you need and will become determined to press on no matter the cost and no matter what is thrown your way. You will learn how to run with a lightened load and will see that you will be able to move more freely in Me and results will skyrocket in My anointing.

As you learn to digest My Word of Truth and use it to its fullest capacity you will feel your spiritual body become stronger. You will learn to drink of My Holy Water that will keep you cleaned and filled to face the enemy on all sides and still be able to push through during times of beating rain and harsh winds. You will know where to find the shelter that you will need and when to allow the storms to pass. This is the part of learning to be still and just let Me be in total control and realize that you have not stopped the race but learning the strategy of My plans to get you to the end with much accomplished in the process for My Kingdom.

When you continue the race you will see that there is protection in numbers and that it is your job to encourage others to run the race and to endure all that they are facing even if it means they reach the finish goal sooner than you. It is about team work and understanding that you are on the same team.

You must get yourself prepared for the next race as you are running the race you are in now. Each race represents the season that you are in and the next chapter of your life. Endure and run with all you have and you will see that there is much potential for My kingdom’s work to be accomplished and more runners to join the race.

It is time that you, My children see that there is work that needs to be done and that the days of relax-a-day-in-it is over. It is time for you to rise up and see that if you do not get your body spiritually and physically fit you will not be able to endure and will fall short. Strive and run the race My children and see that such a great reward is waiting for you at the finish line.
