My children, My heart weeps over you. So many of you, My children still have not taken your eyes off of self, possessions, and fleshly desires. You say, “but God you promised.” Yes I have promised, but have you done all you were told to do in preparation to receive? Have you sought My face and asked Me if you are ready for what I have for you?

Many of you are like the Israelite children in the days of Moses. When what I gave them was not enough, they wanted more of things they wanted. They were never satisfied. How many of them do you think stopped their complaining long enough to have a real relationship with Me? How many of them do you think actually talked to Me and wanted more of Me? Most of them were too busy putting other things before Me. They were too busy putting their focus and faith on things that to them was the answer. Look at what happened to them. They were so worried about what they did not have and complained so much that what I had for them they missed out on completely. They missed the promise. They had to find out they missed it and only the younger generation would receive. If some of you do not get yourself together this is what is going to happen to you.

It is not that much different today than those days. The truth is if I gave some of you what you wanted right now, you would turn from Me and walk away. You would be so involved in what I have given you that you would lose focus on what has been built this far. I have told you over and over to be about My business and not your own.

There is much work in My kingdom to be done, but where are the workers? Where are the servants that love Me and just want to do things pleasing in My sight? The hearts have become selfish and self-centered. Many of you My children have walked away from your first love. You have left Me on the back burner once again. How can I bless you if you have done this? I am not going to bless you into destruction. You have to get yourself together and become obedient.

You make many demands of Me, but you do not step up and do what I have asked of you. You drag your feet. You hesitate. You look at others, point out their faults to make yourself feel better at where you are. This is a tactic and strategy of the enemy. Do not take for granted that you are safe where you are. The enemy at all turns is trying to take you out of My arms and if you let pride set in, if you get your focus off of Me, if you put your needs above all others then you have opened a door and much damage can be done.

It is time to close the doors to the enemy. It is time to put your own self to the side and be about the work at hand. If you have put it in My hands, am I not capable of taking care of it? You fret and worry over things you cannot control. You waste so much time trying to do things your way with your understanding and you do not come to Me and talk to Me about it. You come to Me and tell Me what you think, want, desire, and are going to do, but you do not listen to what My plan and purpose is. You miss out on what I am about to do because you are not focusing on what is to take place.

You get mad because you have to go through things, you get persecuted, you get afflicted, you go through pain and heartache. But did My Son not go through that for you. He did nothing to deserve what He did for you. He did it because we love you and because I asked Him to. Do you think you are any different? There are many things you have to endure in life and when it is all said and done, it is a lesson to teach you, groom you, and to get you to the place where you are to be so that you can promote in the ranks and be more about My kingdom and know that the rewards in heaven are many for you.

Do not be like the Israelite children anymore. Silence your complaining. Realize that it will get you nowhere but lost. If you come and talk with Me and listen to what I have to say, you will see what is to be done. You will know what things need to be accomplished to line things up to receive the promise lands. Contend with Me yes. But know that there are times when My answer is final. Then there are other times I want to see how much you will fight to see My Word come to pass. The understanding that needs to be a part of this process is listening and obedience.

I have so much for you My children. Just yield to what I am asking of you. Let go of all your preconceived concepts, let go of your complaining, nagging, and belly aching. Step out and do what I have asked of you and watch it all fall into place. If you are keeping an open channel with Me you will know when to fight and when to stand still. So stop fretting and worrying and just build. Build up My kingdom and see the many souls that need Me.

I love you My children. It is time for blessings. It is time for many of My promises to come to pass. Do not grow weary in well doing. Do not be faint at heart. Everything is lining up. Just do what I have told you and watch how fast things will go into place and much will be accomplished for My kingdom and your lives. Get it together little ones. Time is too short and I want to see all My children make it into the promises.

“If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others. Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death– even death on a cross! Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed–not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence–continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose. Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life–in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing. But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.” (Philippians 2:1-18, NIV)

“For I do not want you to be ignorant of the fact, brothers, that our forefathers were all under the cloud and that they all passed through the sea. They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ. Nevertheless, God was not pleased with most of them; their bodies were scattered over the desert. Now these things occurred as examples to keep us from setting our hearts on evil things as they did. Do not be idolaters, as some of them were; as it is written: “The people sat down to eat and drink and got up to indulge in pagan revelry.” We should not commit sexual immorality, as some of them did–and in one day twenty-three thousand of them died. We should not test the Lord, as some of them did–and were killed by snakes. And do not grumble, as some of them did–and were killed by the destroying angel. These things happened to them as examples and were written down as warnings for us, on whom the fulfillment of the ages has come. So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall! No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. Therefore, my dear friends, flee from idolatry. I speak to sensible people; judge for yourselves what I say. Is not the cup of thanksgiving for which we give thanks a participation in the blood of Christ? And is not the bread that we break a participation in the body of Christ? Because there is one loaf, we, who are many, are one body, for we all partake of the one loaf.” ( 1 Corinthians 10:1-17)
