Just as in the days of Daniel, you are going to have to get so solid in Me that you will not budge on anything that you have grown in faith with Me. You are not going to be able to give into the world and be lenient on bending the rules and your beliefs in Me. You are going to have to study My Word and see that as you continuously stick to My laws and be obedient to My voice I will protect you and pull you through anything that the world could possibly throw your way.

Daniel was obedient to Me. He kept his focus upon Me and kept Me in each and every day. He did not compromise his relationship with Me. He did not go against what I had told him to do, just so that he could get out of punishment. Instead he prayed to Me even when he was told not to. He stood up for His beliefs in Me in many areas. Even though he found his self in a lion’s den and in many other dangerous places, he knew I would be with him. He knew that I was capable of what the world saw as impossible. Not once did he try to outdo or go for revenge on those who went out of their way to destroy him. He let Me handle it. You must get to this place in Me because you will have to know that you know that I will keep you in the times ahead.

There is much you can learn from My servant, Daniel. There is much that you can learn from many of My children that stood up against the world when the world was standing against Me and against you. I was there with each and every one of them just as I will be for you.

Study on focusing upon Me. Study on becoming firm and not wishy-washy in your belief in Me. Study on being obedient and knowing what that will do for you. Many things you will have to face. Many things you will have to know that there is no bending. You are going to have to be strong and bold in your love for Me and not compromise.

You are going to have to know what it is to walk in My hope, in My peace, and to be stable in Me and in your foundations. Come and seek Me today. Let Me show you the areas you are weak in so that they can become strengthened.

I have warned you for such a time as this. I have given many instructions in what you are to do. You must be obedient and keep your eyes upon Me. You cannot compromise with the world. You need to know and have the security in Me that I will equip you in all you face; all you have to do is keep your eyes upon Me, trust Me, and see that I will see you through.

“Anyone, then, who knows the good he ought to do and doesn’t do it, sins.” (James 4:17, NIV)

“Do not be yoked together with unbelievers. For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?” (2 Corinthians 6:14)

“So I say, live by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the sinful nature.” (Galatians 5:16)

“Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world–the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does–comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever.” (1 John 2:15-17)

“See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.” (Colossians 2:8)

“Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them.” (Ephesians 5:11)

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.” (Hebrews 13:5)
