My children, you must stop looking at others from where you are at and look at them where they are and what I am doing with them. You have come to a place where you have become expectant for others to be at the same place you are and understand things as you do. But this is not the case. I place those where I so desire and I remove some just the same. I bring some up higher to a place in Me and others cannot handle the cost so they stay where they are.

You need to remember that all of you have different and unique callings and relationships with Me. I place different people in your path so that you can either learn from them, help them get to the next place in Me, teach them, work with them, buffet you, or use them to work on you as a training tool. You need to be asking Me why is this person in your life and what is your role to them and them to you. You may be surprised at My answers.

I use whom I will when I will to do so. If they are willing and obedient, I will use them in the timing I choose. You cannot get discouraged if I have chosen not to use you at this time and be patient knowing that when the time is right I will place you in that spot. But for now I want you to reflect and take a look at where I have you right now and what I am trying to do with you and others around you.

It is just like different foods must be cooked at different temperatures to get the correct results. The same is with the works that I do with and through people. Some cannot handle the heat so they must be taken slowly and in baby steps. Others can handle the pressure, cutting, and take giant leaps into levels after levels and if I choose so I do just that. But it does not mean that I will use the ones who get to the place quicker in a stronger anointing than the one who takes a while to achieve that place in Me.

I do not want you to take the place I have you at lightly. Every place you go into with Me is a journey, a learning spot for Me to give you the wisdom and knowledge that you need to be able to go further in the next journey or season that I have for you in the short future ahead. It could be to be used tomorrow, it could be used for even the present, or it could be for weeks, months, or years, but however long it is to be used for, you need to be drawing out as much of a learning experience you can in each and every place I put you in.

I give you keys, gifts, weapon, and many nuggets to take with you along the way and to share them with others so that they too can use what you have learned. This is not time to only focus upon your life, your needs, and your desires. I want you focusing on Me and coming to Me to find out what you are to be doing for Me and when to do it. You need to start looking at others hearts and see where I really need you to put yourself to the side and help support them in the areas where they are falling. As you are doing this, you can rest assured that I am working on you as well during the process, but your focus needs to be about My work and leave the rest to Me.

Do not try to rush what I am doing with yourself or others. You need to be walking in line with Me and not before Me nor behind Me. Remember things are lined up with My time table not yours. And because of this you must be seeking My face to make sure that you are doing all that I want you to do and how I want you to do it. You need to leave your personal emotions out of it and walk in the spiritual emotions when doing My work so that your flesh does not try to pull you out of what I am placing you to do.

Today I want you to sit back with Me and allow Me to show you what has been going on. Let Me show you the errors that has been happening and how to fix the chaos and see where the enemy has you blinded. Let Me shine My light upon the truth so that there are no more secrets in the shadowy areas that the enemy likes to hide so he can trip you up.

Come to Me today with an open and receptive heart. Let Me show you what you are to be doing and how to interact with those who are in your life. Let Me show you where they are and what is on the agenda for them so that you are not expecting too much or too little from them. Let Me show you those that I want you to step up and see their hearts for what they truly are and quit looking to the outside of things.

Come and sit with Me and let’s get things back in line and in order. Let Me show you the spots that need to be regrouped and refocused in and let’s get them fixed. Let us get back on track and get back on line to the plan that I have for you and to learn all that I have for you to learn. I want you to get before Me and see what I am doing through you, want to do through you and what I am doing to you with those that I have placed in your path.

It is time to really get refocused in Me and see where the enemy has distorted what I have been trying to do. Let Me show you others through My eyes and where they are so that you can be effective in the works that I am asking of you to do. I want you to see and accept the truth today and go forward in Me.

Do not be discouraged. Do not become guilt ridden or ashamed. Do not walk in offense or condemnation. None of these things are from Me. I want you to see this as going to the shop to have your tires realigned so that you can go straight upon the path and journey that I have set before you.

It is time to come and have a talk with Me. It is time to regroup and see what needs to be corrected and do it quickly. There is a mighty work that needs to be done and is about to explode and I want you to reach the peak of the outbreak that is about to take place. But to be able to do this you must get these things taken care of and move forward in the right direction with the right heart and right mind which comes from Me.
Come and have a conversation with Me. Let’s talk about your life and those who are in it and what part they have to play in it and you have to play in theirs. It is time to see your responsibilities and how I want you to deal with them. Be obedient to what I show you and continue to move forward. See with new eyes today and a new understanding. Do not get stuck in this place where you are for there is so much more ahead for you to look forward to. This I promise you.

“Accept him whose faith is weak, without passing judgment on disputable matters. One man’s faith allows him to eat everything, but another man, whose faith is weak, eats only vegetables. The man who eats everything must not look down on him who does not, and the man who does not eat everything must not condemn the man who does, for God has accepted him. Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To his own master he stands or falls. And he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand. One man considers one day more sacred than another; another man considers every day alike. Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind. He who regards one day as special, does so to the Lord. He who eats meat, eats to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstains, does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. For none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone. If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. “We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Each of us should please his neighbor for his good, to build him up. For even Christ did not please himself but, as it is written: “The insults of those who insult you have fallen on me.” For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 15:1-6)

“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire men to work in his vineyard. He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard. “About the third hour he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing. He told them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard, and I will pay you whatever is right.’ So they went. “He went out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour and did the same thing. About the eleventh hour he went out and found still others standing around. He asked them, ‘Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?’ ” ‘Because no one has hired us,’ they answered. “He said to them, ‘You also go and work in my vineyard.’ “When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Call the workers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last ones hired and going on to the first.’ “The workers who were hired about the eleventh hour came and each received a denarius. So when those came who were hired first, they expected to receive more. But each one of them also received a denarius. When they received it, they began to grumble against the landowner. ‘These men who were hired last worked only one hour,’ they said, ‘and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.’ “But he answered one of them, ‘Friend, I am not being unfair to you. Didn’t you agree to work for a denarius? Take your pay and go. I want to give the man who was hired last the same as I gave you. Don’t I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?’ “So the last will be first, and the first will be last.” (Matthew 20:1-16)

“Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things–and the things that are not–to nullify the things that are, so that no one may boast before him.” (1 Corinthians 1:26-29)
