My children, today I am giving you extra strength in Me as you come and stay in My presence. It is to help you endure the race that is in front of you and the storms that rage around you. I see the fight and the struggles that each of you are facing every day. I see the determination and the desire to do what I have asked and for this I am very pleased.

I am sending reinforcements to help you continue to stand and to enable you to stay the course. You have cried out to Me and I have heard you. I am now answering this cry. I am ready to get you back on balance and fully prepared for all that you are facing and what is to come.

I will show you over and over in My word what to do and where to find your strength in Me at all times. When you feel weakened come to Me. Do not be hesitant or stubborn. Come to Me and I will be right there to guide and instruct you. Do not wait until you are empty and running on fumes.

My Holy Spirit is there to hold your hand and guide you as long as you follow what He gives you to do according to what I have told Him. You cannot afford to leave your partner behind. You must join in unity with the Holy Spirit and stick together at all times. You must yield to Him so that you can stay in step with My will. My Holy Spirit will not go against your will or force Himself upon you. He will wait until you call and invite Him. He is there to help you pray. He will give you the ability to look upon Me and study My word. He will help you understand what is applicable to you in this hour of need. He is the key to understanding and direction.

A car needs gas to fuel it and transmission fluid to shift gears and oil to lubricate the parts so that everything works properly. In the same manner I have provided what you need so you can function properly in My kingdom. As long as you are filling yourself with the right things and using what has been intended for you to use, you can function the way you were meant to. Remember to keep a check on things to be sure you are properly balanced and things are working correctly.

The Holy Spirit is the mechanic of your pit crew that helps keep you running. My Son is your coach that keeps you moving, encouraged, and intercedes when there are mistakes. I am your Crew leader in all things and I am the one who gives you insight regarding what lies ahead, behind and all around you. I see all these things ahead of time and warn you, but it is up to you to listen. I am telling you today to make a pit stop and get checked, filled, and topped off.

This is what I want you to see today. Get yourself properly balanced in Me and refilled where you are running empty. As this happens I will give you the strength to run the race and withstand the storm. You must use the resources that I have given you and keep yourself filled correctly so that you can run properly, stay strengthened and continue the course.

Today receive this extra strength that I have for you. Come and let us collect the necessary components and tools that you need so I can give you a tune up. Have your fuel tank topped off, air pressure and fluids checked and get rebalanced. When you allow Me to do this you will be able to move on and function correctly.

Let Me give you the new life you require and refresh you with the spiritual things that you are in need of. The battles and storms are going to get worse, but I have equipped you to withstand them and to avoid the ones that you are not to face. You must stay “in line” with Me so that I can help you stand with full strength and full power to see the victory on all sides.

Keep going My little ones. Your “engines” will be running properly and you will be able to finish the race. I am ready to give you the extra boost you need so that you can be whole in your “tune up” and completely refreshed so you are ready for all that is ahead. We will worry about the body and other parts later. Right now I want us to concentrate on being refreshed in the spiritual realm that keeps you moving in your walk with Me.

There is still grace and mercy to work on all things as long as you are moving forward. Come and allow Me to refill, refresh, and re-boost you in Me. Come and receive the tune up that you need and be prepared for the supercharge that you will feel.
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons: “My son, do not make light of the Lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, because the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son.” Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father? If you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate children and not true sons. Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live! Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness. No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. “Make level paths for your feet,” so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.” (Hebrews 12:1-13, NIV)

“And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.” (Romans 13:11-14)
“To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings. Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last; but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air. No, I beat my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.” (1 Corinthians 9:22-27)

“As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit–just as you were called to one hope when you were called– one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all. But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ apportioned it.” (Ephesians 4:1-7)

“Surely you heard of him and were taught in him in accordance with the truth that is in Jesus. You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.” (Ephesians 4:21-24)

“And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.” (Ephesians 4:30)

“For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him, since you are going through the same struggle you saw I had, and now hear that I still have.” (Philippians 1:29-30)

“You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. For in just a very little while, “He who is coming will come and will not delay. But my righteous one will live by faith. And if he shrinks back, I will not be pleased with him.” But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who believe and are saved.” (Hebrews 10:36-39)
