My children I want to ask you a question, what food are you digesting? Are you digesting fresh manna from heaven or are you digesting the food of the world? The food of this world is filled with poisons and toxins that are killing your spirit man.

If you are listening to the music of this world, listen and pay attention to the words. The words should always lift up, edify, and encourage. They should not glorify sin, despair, discouragement, pain, and grief. I have not given you a spirit to be burdened down and chained up with things that are not of Me. I have given you a spirit to be full of Me and glorify and edify Me through your praise so cleansing can come to your soul.

You are to eat of My word so that you can be filled with life and My life will flow so it will spread to all those around you. My word gives you the strength that will keep you going strong able to conquer all those things the enemy sends your way.

If you are eating of the world’s gossip and mishaps and the negative vibes that it sends out then you are allowing your soul to become rotten and decayed. The world takes much of your time away from Me. They make you think that all the unnecessary things are what is important but I am asking you to come to Me and ask Me what is important so that you can walk away from being exposed to the world’s poison.

When you eat of My word and of My presence then you long to be with Me over and over to be filled to overflowing. I have food to give you My children that will satisfy and fill you with newness and life in Me.

You will not wake up the way the world wakes up. You will wake up with the sense of purpose and meaning knowing that you are My child and I have a plan for you. If you look and pay attention I bring many good snacks for you to nibble on daily and sweet tasting words that give you that extra burst of energy when you feel like you just can’t go on.

If you remain full of Me and full of My presence you will not be so frustrated and overwhelmed with the things that the world says must be done. You will be listening to what I want you to do and obeying what I have said and fulfillment will come to your life. I have the food you need. It is up to you to sit and eat of it. It is up to you to partake of each meal.

You need to quit eating the food of the world and its foolishness for it does not have anything for you. Its food will cause you spiritual death and cause you to lose your appetite for Me because you will not be able to digest My food for the taste buds will be tainted from the world. Quit consuming what the world dishes out and come and dine with Me from My table so that you may have life. Come and eat and see what I am serving is good and allow the junk to be done away with.

“Now about food sacrificed to idols: We know that “We all possess knowledge.” But knowledge puffs up while love builds up. Those who think they know something do not yet know as they ought to know. But whoever loves God is known by God. So then, about eating food sacrificed to idols: We know that “An idol is nothing at all in the world” and that “There is no God but one.” (1 Corinthians 8:1-4, NIV)

“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” (Romans 15:13)

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness” (Galatians 5:22)

“But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people.” (1 Corinthians 5:11)
