I am blowing My trumpet today, are you going to heed My call? Are you going to stand up at attention and listen to what I have to say? My trumpet is being blown loud and being blown strong; the very breath that is coming from the very end of My trumpet consists of a powerful anointing for My leaders.

I am expecting My leaders to be paying attention at all times to hear My call. Today I am calling out to those of you My children who are ready to take that step and use yourself to be a living testimony that you are to be.

I need you, my leaders, to take position in Me that I have placed you in. I need you to completely die out to every fleshly desire and every fleshly thought. You need to be walking in My spirit at all times. I am blowing my trumpet for you to finally rise and stand on my solid foundation. Quit standing on the quick-sand – your own way of thinking and understanding.

I’m going to bring my supernatural; the unheard of, the extremely powerful anointing, and bring forth the impossible. I desire to start with my leaders but are you listening to the sound? Are you in my sound wave? Are you marching to my beat or the beat of man?

Today I want you, My leaders, to rise out of the ashes of this world and to step into My realm that I have opened for you to enter. Choose this day to become the leaders I have called you to be. Die out to all pride, self righteousness and your carnal thinking. Enter into the steps of My Son Jesus. Choose this day to walk the way He walked, love the way He loved, and to have the same mindset and heart that He had.

Make your choice today. Stand up at attention and answer the call of My trumpet.

Allow my breath that is coming out of my trumpet to anoint you in the stand that you make for Me today. This is a day of a new beginning for you My leaders; My children.

Go forth and lead the souls to Me, straight to My arms. Go forth and set the captives free. Go forth and allow Me to use you to do the healing to those who are hurting physically and emotionally. Go forth and give the world Me and my glory. Do this by living as an example of what a God I am and what I can do.

Rise up my leaders, answer My call. Today is the day and the hour of making your choice and taking a stand. Do not wait.
Jeremiah 1:5 (NIV)

5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart;
I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

Titus 1:7-14 (NIV)

7 Since an overseer manages God’s household, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. 8 Rather, he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. 9 He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.

10 For there are many rebellious people, full of meaningless talk and deception, especially those of the circumcision group. 11 They must be silenced, because they are disrupting whole households by teaching things they ought not to teach—and that for the sake of dishonest gain. 12 One of Crete’s own prophets has said it: “Cretans are always liars, evil brutes, lazy gluttons.” 13 This saying is true. Therefore rebuke them sharply, so that they will be sound in the faith 14 and will pay no attention to Jewish myths or to the merely human commands of those who reject the truth.

1 Timothy 3:2 (NIV)

2 Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach,

Hebrews 13:7 (NIV)

7 Remember your leaders, who spoke the word of God to you. Consider the outcome of their way of life and imitate their faith.

Hebrews 13:17 (NIV)

17 Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.

Titus 2:1-15 (NIV)

2 You, however, must teach what is appropriate to sound doctrine. 2 Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance.

3 Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. 4 Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, 5 to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.

6 Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. 7 In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness 8 and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.

9 Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, 10 and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive.

11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

15 These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.
