TRUST is where it is at. No matter the circumstances, {if} I have spoken a word about the situation, {then} it will come to pass.

Where TRUST is not active, miracles will not be active.

God said: What is the metaphor for TRUST?

I looked it up and came up with this:

TRUST is a complex concept that can be metaphorically represented in various ways. Here are a few metaphors for trust:

A bridge: Trust can be seen as a bridge that connects people, fostering strong relationships and enabling smooth communication and cooperation.

A safety net: Trust acts as a safety net that provides a sense of security and support, allowing individuals to take risks and be vulnerable without fear of betrayal or harm.

A foundation: Trust is like a solid foundation upon which relationships, organizations, and societies are built. It forms the basis for mutual understanding, collaboration, and growth.

A key: Trust can be compared to a key that unlocks doors, opening up opportunities, and creating meaningful connections between people.

A fragile glass: Trust is as delicate as glass, easily broken but difficult to repair. Once shattered, it takes time and effort to rebuild.

These metaphors help illustrate the significance and complexity of TRUST in different contexts.

Remember, metaphors are powerful tools that can enhance our understanding of abstract concepts by relating them to more tangible experiences.

Some Bible verses from the King James Version (KJV) that talk about trusting in the Lord:

  1. Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
  2. Psalms 118:8: “It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.”2

These verses emphasize the importance of trusting in the Lord and seeking His guidance in our lives. They remind us that relying on our own understanding may not always lead us in the right direction, but trusting in the Lord will guide us on the right path.
