ADJUSTMENT: Today, we are going to work on adjusting the following.

3} ANGER ISSUES

Anger is a normal emotion, but it can be difficult to manage when it becomes intense and frequent. Here are some tips that can help you control your anger:

Identify the triggers: Try to identify the situations or people that trigger your anger. Once you know what triggers your anger, you can take steps to avoid or manage those situations.

Relaxation techniques: Practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or scriptural meditation. These techniques can help you calm down and reduce stress.

Exercise: Regular exercise can help reduce stress and improve your mood. It can also help you release pent-up emotions.

Cognitive restructuring: This technique involves changing the way you think about a situation that makes you angry. Instead of focusing on the negative aspects of the situation, try to focus on the positive aspects.

Communication skills: Learning how to communicate assertively can help you express your feelings without becoming angry or aggressive.

Seek professional help: If your anger issues are affecting your relationships or daily life, consider seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor.

Remember that managing anger is an ongoing process that requires patience and practice. With time and effort, you can learn to control your anger and improve your relationships with others.

Ephesians 4:  26, “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath,” is a verse from the King James Version of the Bible.

The verse encourages people to express their anger but to do so without sinning. It also advises people not to hold onto their anger for too long and to resolve their conflicts before the day ends.
