Beginning promptly at 10am, we will be marching from four points in the city of Dover. The vision is to form a cross- north, south, east and west- uplifting Jesus and his sacrifice. The parade will start promptly at 12pm and finish at approximately 1pm, at that time we will all gather at Legislative Mall where there will be a lot of great entertainment.
